LaunchDM is excited to welcome Caroline Jepson to our team in the Reading, PA studio. Caroline’s 8 years of customer service experience and broad knowledge of the industry make her an excellent fit for coordinating client projects and overseeing project timelines, budgets, and website maintenance. Caroline is a proud mom and youth soccer coach; you might be surprised to know that she can survive in the woods for weeks with just a backpack! She studied film and fine arts in Florence, Italy, and brings a diverse outlook and inspiring vibe to our corner of the world here in Spring Township.
Caroline describes herself as “creative, whimsical, bold, adaptable, and compassionate.” These qualities fit in well with her new role as Project Coordinator in which she will service LaunchDM clients by helping to creatively orchestrate the timelines of our diverse solutions to their digital needs. Her ability to quickly and efficiently adapt to new technology is one of her greatest strengths, and as our industry continues to shift toward building websites and digital marketing campaigns that focus on lead generation, we believe she will be able to thoughtfully assist our clients throughout their journey as we streamline their digital transformation, measure their user behaviors, and document their buyer’s journey through the use of fully integrated communications.
We chose Caroline for this position because of her deep community roots and mix of skills that suggest she will deliver exceptional coordination while owning the followup and accountability roadmap for our client projects. This prowess resonated with the culture in our studio, and we know she will approach servicing our clients with the utmost of superpower; in fact, we asked Caroline to answer a few personal questions so we could get to know her better.
- If you were to have one superpower, what would it be?
- If you could travel anywhere in the world with no limitations, were would it be?
- What are you most afraid of?
To dematerialize and then instantly transport myself to view the entire universe from a 360 degree lens.
We love Caroline’s ingenuity. Looking at client projects from a wide lens will allow her to construct detailed priorities that will help our internal teams and our client’s teams function smoothly.
I’d go to Busan, Korea; Svalbard, Norway; and Capetown, South Africa.
How exciting! We love that she’s driven, has goals, and is comfortable articulating them!
Lies and goldfish.
Goldfish?
My cousin released her goldfish into a pond where we often swam as kids. It grew to be the largest fish in the pond (longer than the bass & catfish), which was just as startling as the bright orange color. We never knew where the giant goldfish would pop-up when we were splashing around, because it was not afraid of humans… so it became quite terrifying. Decades later, I still can’t look directly into a fish tank, and always avoid the seafood section at markets and grocery stores.
On a more serious note, when asked about the pursuit of the opportunity to work at LaunchDM, Caroline says:
LaunchDM is a company that I have been interested in joining for quite some time, as the premier web design & development studio in our community for over 2 decades, I am excited to work alongside creative professionals that produce high quality digital media and marketing solutions in a progressive atmosphere.
We look forward to working together with Caroline as she helps set and manage expectations for our client projects, and drive initiatives forward that continue to extend the reach of our brand, both in our community and around the world.
