Relationship

EthoSource is a nationally recognized leader in pre-owned office furniture liquidation. EthoSource services Greater Philadelphia with pre-owned and refurbished office furniture. LaunchDM and EthoSource have worked together across numerous projects including two website redesigns.

Client's Goals

  • Logo refresh, with an icon that could stand alone
  • An eCommerce site that could control their inventory
  • Responsive redesign
  • Office environments to help customers with the selection process

Logo

Our design team helped give their logo a bit of a “refresh” in an effort to better represent their services and values. In addition, they also wanted to provide somewhat of an icon that could stand on its own, and one that their customers could easily recognize with or without their company name.

Since EthoSource is in the business of refurbishing office furniture, one of LaunchDM’s main goals was to somehow incorporate the “recycling” theme into the design of the new logo. As a result, we used the “e” from EthoSource and designed it in a way that we could add an arrow to the tail end of the “e” like that of the official recycling logo. To complement the “e”, we used fresh, clean colors to go along with the recycling “green” theme of their business model.

Website

The latest version of the EthoSource website includes a whole new modern- and responsively-designed website that has a great user interface and experience across all devices. Additional updates included the product category section and the different office environments to help visitors find their office furniture, among other behind-the-scenes updates that make the website easy to use for customers and administrators alike.

LaunchDM was able to help us build and maintain a unique, multi-purpose website that supports our complex business initiatives and looks great. Their team continues to help us develop an online strategy using best practices, while providing us wonderful customer service and incredible technical knowledge.
