Launch Dynamic Media (LaunchDM), a Pennsylvania based design studio, recently completed production of a fundraising website http://fundraising.sweetstreet.com/ for Sweet Street Desserts, a leader in the gourmet dessert industry.
LaunchDM was contracted to create a simple to use ecommerce website that fundraisers can use to start a new fundraising campaign online and manage it from start to finish. This meant that the user would need to be able to easily set up their account, order free marketing materials and start selling in one quick step. The campaign manager also needed to have the ability to accept and track orders online, share important information and milestones for the campaign with one click.
These goals were achieved and the site was built with a Facebook-like experience that helps everyone in an organization communicate and manage a fundraiser every step of the way, any time of day. There is a comment and news area for posting important information and recognizing milestones, the ability to easily post your campaign to Facebook or share in an email to family and friends.
The newly created site quickly has become a tool for fundraisers to easily set up a campaign to raise funds for their local charities, sports teams, schools, or any other organization that is raising funds for their cause. Sweet Street Desserts believes in spreading good things throughout communities, while supporting a worthy cause. Sweet Street Desserts has long been involved with the local community, and with this new site they will have a much broader reach by opening up their fundraising program to anyone that wants to start a campaign online.
