Reading Neck & Spine Center (RNSC) had a stagnant, PB&J, one-pager of a web site and they wanted a heavy-hittin’, filet mignon, search engine optimized web property to compete on a regional level. Unlike many other procedures, people will travel for back surgery so casting a wide net was imperative.
RNSC hired LaunchDM to build and cast the net with a web site completely designed with search engine optimization (SEO) at its core. Analysis of keywords, and the strategy of implementing those words into the site, was a major focus. Sites can always be optimized for the search engines but the absolute perfect world is building the site for SEO, which is what we did for RNSC.
Within 8 weeks of the RNSC site going live, the practice gained 17 new patients, all of whom came directly through the new web site. Three months after going live, they are getting 2-3 new inquiries through the site every day. Those are phenomenal numbers and are atttributable to 2 main things: 1) people finding the web site 2) user-friendly site interface so visitors can find what they’re looking for. RNSC has both.
We basically gave the contact form equal billing with the company logo and main home page graphics. Got back problems? You get to the site and can immediately contact the doctors who can fix it. Isn’t that why you googled “back pain” in the first place?
