In 2004, Hurricane Ivan unfortunately gave Morritt’s on Grand Cayman a clean piece of land to build on. The question was how to sell people condos that don’t yet exist. Fortunately, LaunchDM built virtual 3D condominium “model properties” people could tour online before a pilon was ever poured. Every interior component, from tapestries to toilets, was designed in 3D by LaunchDM.
